What is the use of High Pressure Solenoid Valve
The High-Pressure Solenoid Valve is used to control the flow of high-pressure air, water, hydrogen, nitrogen, and other gases or light liquids compatible with materials or structures. They are also suitable for high-pressure manufacturing, fuel cells, and low-temperature applications. The SVH-110 series adopts stainless steel construction with NEMA 4 and 7 ratings and pressures up to 10,000 psi (depending on the model).
The SVH-110 series direct-acting solenoid valve is a normally closed valve, which opens when energized and closes when power is off. When the coil is energized, the plunger lifts the piston away from the valve seat and opens the valve. After the coil is de-energized, the spring closes the piston to seat it. The working principle of the normally open valve is similar. It is closed when the power is on and opened when the power is off. No minimum pressure is required. The SVH-110 series is used to control the flow of high-pressure air, water, hydrogen, nitrogen, and other gases or light liquids compatible with structural materials. They are also suitable for low-temperature applications.
