Description

How to choose the range of shock-proof pressure gauge

When measuring a more stable pressure, the range should be 1.5 times the measured value. When measuring pulsating pressure, the maximum range should be twice the measured value. The range of the Shock-proof pressure gauge should be selected appropriately to extend the service life of the gauge.

Selection of Shock-proof pressure gauge range:

  1. When measuring stable pressure, the working pressure should not exceed 2/3 of the range.

  2. When measuring the pulsating pressure, the working pressure should not exceed 1/2 of the range.

  3. When measuring high pressure, the working pressure should not exceed 3/5 of the range.

  4. To ensure measurement accuracy, the working pressure should not be less than 1/3 of the range. According to the above principles, after calculating a value based on the measured maximum pressure, select a value slightly larger than this value from the range of shock-proof pressure gauge as the selected range.

Air manometer is also our product, welcome to consult and purchase.
