Our standard Rectangular Enameled Copper Wire
The brand name of our rectangular enameled copper wire, which has high heat resistance and excellent resistance to transformer oil, typical solvents and mechanical stress. Available sizes range from 1-100 mm² and are commonly used as rectangular enameled copper conductors in motors, rotor coils, transformers, and chokes.
Used for bonding rectangular copper wire coated with THEIC modified polyester or polyester imide enamelled with polyamide-imide coated, and the outer layer is bonded at a temperature of 180-220°C. It has high heat resistance and excellent resistance to transformer oil, typical solvents and mechanical stress. The available size range is 10-50 mm².
Of course, in actual use, you may not only need Rectangular Enameled Copper Wire, but also Round Enameled Copper Wire. Of course, these two types of wires may have different uses.
