Preparatory work before spraying:
1. Make sure all pipes in the electrostatic spray gun are connected well before use.
2. Then, the ground wire on the electrostatic generator should be connected correctly.
3. Close the oil return pipe of the pump, and put the oil suction pipe of the oil pump into the prepared paint;
4. Note that the most important point of the workpiece must be grounded;
Standard operation during spraying:
1. Now the pressure of opening the oil pump is about 3Pa and can be adjusted;
2. Then open the ball valve of the white oil pipe of the electrostatic spray gun connected to the oil pump (after opening), the paint is now on the spray gun.
3. Then open the ball valve on the pressure gauge on the side of the electrostatic generator and adjust the air pressure to 6 MPa;
4. If the air pressure of the spray gun is too high during spraying, the blue button on the side of the spray gun can be adjusted to a smaller value.
5. After opening the spray gun, install the spray gun nozzle and adjust the atomization to ensure that the spray gun's atomization, oil volume and air pressure have been adjusted.
6. Finally, turn on the power of the electrostatic generator, adjust the static electricity to 60kv, and then pull the trigger. After the display is normal, the electrostatic generator can be used normally.
