I started a Keto Wave today, but I am struggling as a pescatarian to make it up to the daily fat intake/basically to eat enough so that I'm not hungry. I think that this has been the issue with my weight gain over the past few years -- I've been eating a lot of carbs for that short-term, plant-based feeling of fullness that I've been used to. Being pescatarian helped me lose weight as a kid because my mom made a lot of processed food and I had to make my own meatless food, but as an adult who knows how to cook well the high-carb diet doesn't seem to work for me.
