Description

precision universal joint are also called quasi-constant velocity universal joints, which are transmitted at the same instantaneous angular velocity during product design, and at other angles at approximately equal instantaneous angular velocity.

There are many types of quasi-constant velocity universal joints, including the following:

1. Double-linked quasi-constant velocity universal joint, the length of the transmission shaft of this universal joint device is accurately calculated to the shortest and the time is the smallest;

2. Bump-type quasi-constant velocity universal joint, which is composed of a universal joint and convex blocks of different shapes. The two convex blocks are equivalent to the drive shaft and the cross pin in the universal joint;

3. Three-pin shaft type quasi-constant velocity universal joint, with two two three-pin shafts, active eccentric shaft fork and driven eccentric shaft fork;

4. Spherical roller type quasi-constant velocity universal joint, composed of pin shaft, spherical roller, universal joint shaft and cylinder. The function of the roller is to move the telescopic spline axially in the groove, and the universal joint cross contacts the groove wall to transmit torque.
